Faced with a discontinued telephony system and a growing business, Granger Reis approached Camworth to design, supply and implement a unified communications system for its main office. As a managed service provider, we worked with the company’s desktop supplier to install, migrate and train staff to use the communications system under tight time constraints. This included a full network infrastructure refresh and the implementation of new features, such as voicemail and desktop messaging. The system was then extended to the company’s first remote office and a secure VPN was set up between locations. Its staff can now hot desk and work from either site with ease. The system can also grow to match Granger Reis’ needs in the years ahead.
